World Bank grants Nigeria $255m to fight HIV/AIDS

HIV AIDS has affected the most populous African nation in the world and with this account to the high mortality rate of human beings in Nigeria.
Today, the World Bank has granted a credit of $225 million to Nigeria.
The credit which has a four-year span period is to be shared among the 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.

The Question is “ where is this huge amount of money really going to”?
Is the Nigerian Government ready to account for these funds?
